Cited for its beauty and functionality, The United States Courthouse won the 1999 TOBY (The Office Building of the Year Award) in the renovated building category, given by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Atlanta, Inc. to buildings that are not only beautiful to look upon, but meet and exceed many exacting standards.
